# Important Trouble shooting note:

 

If you receive an error message that says” "Your active Facebook account is different from the registered Craft Maker Pro FB user." Please check the urls for your account and the urls that you have entered in the settings.

 

These must match, or in some cases you may need to remove the “s” from the https in the URL.

 

Also if you experience issues with posting timing out please ensure that your image is less than 1mb in size.  Images that are larger than this may timeout and not get posted.
